1. General By accessing or using the Soul-Fullness Box website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Products Our Christian gift boxes are curated collections of faith-inspired and wellness items, which may include devotionals, books, artisan coffee, chocolates, and self-care essentials. The products shown are the actual items included in each box. Please note that specific flavours, scents, or varieties may vary from those pictured, as these are subject to supplier availability — but the core products in your box will always be as listed. All consumable items (including coffee and chocolate) are supplied with appropriate shelf life remaining at the time of dispatch.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed in full at the time of order via the methods available at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only — delays may occur due to carrier availability or seasonal demand. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. As our boxes are curated gift items, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order and we will work to resolve it promptly.
6. Errors & Inaccuracies We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website, including pricing and product descriptions, at any time without prior notice.
